If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it is best to review our refunds and returns policy.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Mono Squad 

• Website refers to Mono Squad, accessible from https://monosquad.com

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the website.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• You or Customer means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity

Do we offer refunds?

Refunds are offered to customers that received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a mislabeled item. If any of these apply, please let us know. Contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.  Returns should happen as quickly as possible, within 30 days after the purchase was made.

What’s our return policy?

As stated above: If there’s something wrong with your order, we offer a refund.

But, in case of buyer's remorse or wrongly ordered sizes, we do not refund.

Can you exchange an item for a different size/color?

At the moment we don't have an exchange policy. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts, we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

What to do when your product hasn't arrived past the delivery date?

It could have occurred that your item was lost in transit, if this happens please contact us. If the shipping address was put correctly, it was not your fault the package didn't arrive and we will cover the full cost. If the shipping address was put incorrectly,  the product will be sent back to our facility and you will be liable for the extra shipping cost and decide how to proceed.
