Are you shipping worldwide? Why is currency in Euros?

We ship worldwide for FREE. Currency on the website is in euros, but you can order and pay from anywhere.
When will I get my order?

With every product on our webshop shipping time is indicated for the regions where most of our customers are living. Where will my order ship from?

We work with on-demand order fulfillment with facilities worldwide. The shipping location isn't automatically indicated, but you can always drop us a message and we will check it for you. Different products might come from different locations.
Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can sometimes occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Where and how are your products made?

The products are made in several places. The blank products mainly come from Honduras (Supreme Tees), Pakistan (Hoodies) and Bangladesh (Organic Tees). We offer as much as we can products of which we are sure that they are produced ethically and sustainably. That is why we encourage you to buy our products with a 'Fair Wear' label. (Read also our: Mission) We work with a made-to-order production approach that prevents overproducing. We carefully select our suppliers. The inks used for our printing (DTG) are non-toxic.
How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. When you order more than one item the products might come from different locations. You will be notified by mail. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us: contact@monosquad.com.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?"

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@monosquad.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?"

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! contact@monosquad.com
I ordered two products, but only one arrived. What can I do?

The shipping time of our products varies. One product might arrive earlier than the other. If the second product didn't arrive within the indicated shipping time you can contact us.
What does MONO SQUAD mean or stand for?

Mono means monkey or ape in Spanish. A squad, in military terms, means a soldier's most intimate group, normally consisting of six to ten soldiers. Our image of four apes forming a small squad and holding weapons symbolizes the war against the destruction of the earth and climate change. We do not want in any way encourage nor justify the use of weapons in real life.
Which printing techniques do you use?

For all the Tees and Hoodies with prints on the back we use DTG, which means Direct To Garment. The inks used are non-toxic. It gives a high quality, long lasting print and is more sustainable than screen printing. For the Tees and Hoodies without a print on the back we use embroidery for the print on the front, using color threads and needles to stitch the our Mono Squad logo or words on the fabric. It adds a nice texture and pop up effect.
